Topics are chosen because they cover a real batch, a real fix, or a real piece of equipment tested at home — not because a keyword tool flagged them.
How articles are produced
Every article is drafted by Wes Drummond directly from batches actually brewed, fermented, or roasted at home. Nothing is written from a press kit or secondhand theory alone; when a claim rests on research rather than direct experience, the article says so. Wes Drummond remains responsible for the final published text.
